Meet Georgina Patterson
Originally from Paris, Georgina Patterson is a French American real estate professional serving Marin County, Sonoma County, San Francisco, and the North Bay.
Georgina studied Mathematics and Biology in Paris before moving to the United States, where she graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansa-City and became a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in California.
Georgina settled in Marin County with her husband, a Marin County native who has worked in construction for more than 25 years. Through his work with a luxury construction firm, he has been involved in the building and renovation of high-end homes in Woodside, Belvedere Tiburon, and Inverness. Their combined experience in luxury homes, construction, and design gives Georgina valuable insight into property quality, long-term value, and the Marin and North Bay markets.
Before transitioning into real estate, Georgina built extensive experience in taxation and financial consulting. She is an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent clients before the IRS in all 50 states. Her tax background allows her to guide her Real Estate clients through many aspects of real estate investing, including 1031 exchanges, investment properties, tax considerations, and long-term wealth planning connected to real estate ownership.
Fluent in both English and French, Georgina works with local, national, and international clients, including European buyers relocating to the Bay Area and Wine Country. Her approach is calm, informed, and focused on helping clients make confident real estate decisions with clarity and discretion.

Fun Facts About Georgina
Georgina was touring throughout the United States and Canada with Cirque du Soleil. Her daughter was the youngest artist in the touring production of the show Kooza at just 9 years old. For four years, Georgina traveled with the production while managing and chaperoning her daughter during the international tour.
Georgina began playing the piano at the age of 4 and is classically trained. Music has remained an important part of her life and continues to be one of her favorite ways to relax and recharge.
Georgina also comes from a creative and internationally recognized family background. Her uncle on her father’s side was René Goscinny, the celebrated co-creator of Asterix and Obelix, one of the most iconic French comic series of all time.
